I was commissioned to build the website for Scriptanic. It had to be a hub of transcripts (from lyrics to tv show to movies and even guitar tabs.) I build the entire system using PHP and MySQL. The system contained a membership system (incluing Member, Staff and Administrator status), Profiles, Transcript CRUD, Favoruites, Blog Modules and Comment modules.

I also did the design of the website. I felt that since the site would be text-orientated the design should be focused around that text. After completion and BETA testing, we realised the design needed more images so we would introduce cartoon characters into the design for the next version. Unfortunately Scriptanic didn’t take off as well as its owners had hoped (it seemed no-one needed a social transcript site) so the second version was never built.
